Two decades leading large teams across the UK and Africa taught me that leadership is a huge privilege that comes with great responsibility for the wellbeing of people, organisations and society as a whole.
I founded Ylead to help as many leaders as possible increase their self-awareness through data, gain confidence in their abilities and transform their impact on the people and organisations they serve. We partner with outstanding and experienced leadership coaches who share this passion and commitment.
I’m married to my soulmate, Helen and have two hugely entertaining children, Phoebe and Toby. I’m also an enthusiastic armchair sportsman, exceptionally slow runner and Chelsea fan.
